Senior House Calls
Senior House Calls, one of the first of its kind in West Texas, is a unique primary care service provided in the home for senior citizens age 65 with Medicare or Medicaid and have difficulty accessing primary care. The Senior House Calls team is able to establish and coordinate care between families, community services and home health/hospice services.
Primary care consists of treatment and management of both acute and chronic illnesses such as:
- Hypertension
- Diabetes
- Congestive Heart Failure
- Depression/Anxiety
- Dementia
- Alzheimer's Disease
