Professional Expertise: Clinical expertise ranges from staff nurse to clinical nurse specialist to Director of Education. Academic expertise ranges from instructor to professor. Currently, as the Associate Director of Research, I am in charge of nurturing the School of Nursing's research and scholarship program. My personal program of research focuses on preventing transfer of nursing home residents to the acute care environment.
