RN to BSN Undergraduate Program
Although the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) is part of the Texas Tech University System, legally it is a separate institution from Texas Tech University. Therefore, students applying to the TTUHSC School of Nursing RN-BSN program must apply directly to the School of Nursing via the Nursing Centralized Application Service (NCAS) and TTUHSC Merlin supplemental application.
Once you have submitted your application, official transcripts must be mailed to NursingCAS directly from the college or university along with the transcript matching form located within your NursingCAS application.
Have your transcripts available to enter all your prerequisites and nursing courses in the Education section of NursingCAS. These grades will be audited for accuracy after you have submitted your application.
- There are three opportunities each year for you to apply to the RN-BSN Program:
- March 1 - June 15 to start class in August for the Fall Semester
- August 1 - October 1 to start class in January for the Spring Semester
- January 15 - March 15 to start class in May for the Summer Semester
