Transcript Evaluation

An unofficial transcript evaluation is highly recommended prior to submitting your application. All transcripts must be received by the evaluator prior to review. Any that do not comply with the noted instructions, will not be reviewed. This includes transcripts that have been cut and pasted into an email.

To receive an evaluation, please read the Question and Answer information and complete this form and attach it to your transcripts if you are mailing, emailing or faxing your transcripts yourself. If you are having the transcripts sent by a third party, then attach this form to an email to cindy.deanda@ttuhsc.edu so that we will know you have had your transcripts sent for an evaluation.

Official transcripts received by the evaluator will be reviewed and submitted to the Office of the Registrar. Transcripts will NOT be accepted with a print date over a year old.

Transcripts from schools outside the U.S. must be evaluated by a Foreign Credential Service. The School of Nursing requires course-by-course evaluation using the U.S. letter grade and credit hours. A list of service providers may be found on our website under "International Applicants".
