| Bio | Dr. Treadway is an Associate Professor of Pharmacy Practice at the Texas Tech Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy at the Dallas-Fort Worth Center for Pharmacy Education. Her primary teaching is within the area of geriatrics. Dr. Treadway received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Texas at Austin and completed a Pharmacy Practice Residency at Methodist Hospitals of Memphis, Tennessee and a Primary Care Residency at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System in San Antonio, Texas. She obtained board certification as a pharmacotherapy specialist in 2002. |

Research Interests:
Dr. Treadway’s areas of interest include diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and the role of clinical pharmacy in treating seniors within ambulatory and home care settings.
Practice Focus:
Practice Focus: Dr. Treadway is affiliated with the VA North Texas Health Care System where she provides clinical pharmacy services in the area of geriatrics. Her practice setting involves home-based primary care patients. Dr. Treadway provides polypharmacy and pharmacotherapy consultations, home visit assessments, and anticoagulation management.

Memberships: American Society of Health-System Pharmacist (ASHP), American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP), American College of Clinical Pharmacists (ACCP), DFW Chapter of ACCP, and Rho Chi Pharmaceutical Honor Society.
Dr. Treadway has been an elected officer within the American College of Clinical Pharmacists (ACCP) Geriatric Practice and Research Network including serving as Chair in 2007-2008, Chair-Elect in 2006-2007, and Secretary/Treasurer in 2005-2006. Dr. Treadway has also served as the President for the DFW ACCP chapter in 2003-2004.
