Job Responsibilities:
- Assists with budget preparation, submission, and monitoring. Serves as the Point of Contact for budget questions
- Reviews and files Personnel Action Forms (PAF's)
- Maintains filing system for accounting and budget documents, PAF's, and Personnel Effort reports
- Monitors open encumbrances and clears unnecessary ones.
- Reconciles SOP deposits with the general ledger
- Reconciles and redistributes CHC income contracted to the SOP
- Prepares and submits invoices every quarter for services performed by residents

Job Responsibilities:
- Serves as the Business Manager of the Pharmacy Income Plan with all the duties and responsibilities as prescribed in the Bylaws and Operational Guidelines. Included in these duties shall be fiscal management and reporting of the School's pharmacy business operations on all campuses.
- Assists the Dean in preparing and monitoring the budget and responding to fiscal inquiries. Oversee all business operations of the School.
- Prepares monthly statements for all accounts of the School. Routinely monitors and consults with account managers to clarify information and/or resolve issues associated with fiscal affairs.
- Supervises the development, maintenance and operations of the Pharmacy buildings and other leased space; including facilities on regional campus facilities.
- Serves as the School's primary contact for Physical Plant, HealthNet and Information Services on each campus.
- Oversees the School's procurement programs as operated by the various budget administrators. Resolve issues with the University's Office of Fiscal Affairs.
- Facilitates new and renewal contracts required for all business operations of the SOP.
- Monitors grants and contracts for conformity to policies and procedures of the University and School. Monitors invoicing and payments on contracts.
- Reviews all personnel action forms for all faculty and staff in the School. (Forms shall be prepared by the appropriate academic office.)
- Maintains an effective working relationship with all the departments within the University's Fiscal Affairs division and each of the other HSC schools.
- Assists the Dean in duties as requested.
- Supervises staff in the School's business office.
- Serves as the Dean's representative to the SOP Technology Committee.
