Biomedical Sciences Graduate Program
The Department of Biomedical Sciences is a new department within the TTUHSC School of Pharmacy. It’s faculty along with the
Pharmaceutical Science Departmental faculty mentor students from the Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences. Students who are in laboratories of Biomedical Sciences faculty take core courses in the areas of biomedical and pharmaceutical sciences and conduct research focused on areas such as cancer, immunology, signal transduction and brain and vascular biology, ect. The mission of our program is to create and disseminate knowledge through world-class, integrated and multidisciplinary biomedical and pharmaceutical research, innovative scholarly training and education of graduate students of the highest caliber, to become outstanding pharmaceutical and biomedical scientists of benefit to the community at large.
