Bio Shuangling Zhang received her B.S. in Traditional Chinese Pharmacy in 2004 from China Pharmaceutical University, after which she was employed by Chongqing Huapont Pharm. Co. Ltd. She joined the Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences as a Ph.D. student with the Graduate Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences in the Spring of 2009. She is currently working with Dr. Karen Mark on a project involving Acute Phase Proteins and their role in the integrity of Blood Brain Barrier.
