Bio Alejandra Fernandez completed her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology degree from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster, PA in 2010. She joined the Department of Biomedical Sciences as a Ph.D. student with the Graduate Program in Pharmaceutical Sciences in August 2010. At present she is working in the laboratory of Dr. James Stoll.

B.S. - Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Franklin and Marshall College, Lancaster, PA, 2010.

Research Interests:

Alejandra's undergraduate research included the design and development of fluorescent chemosensors that allow the detection of small concentrations of metals in water.
