Position: Research Instructor
Email: Lili.Li@ttuhsc.edu
Bio Dr. Li joined the School of pharmacy January 2011and is currently a Research Instructor for the Department of Biomedical Sciences. She received her Ph.D. in pharmacology from the University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy in 2005 and completed her postdoctoral training at the University of Minnesota Cancer Center from 2005-2008. During her training period, Dr. Li’s projects focused on how various DNA repair pathways interact with tobacco-specific nitrosamine related carcinogenesis. She continued her training at the Hormel Institute University of Minnesota from 2009-2010. Her current research interest focuses on pharmacokinetic and metabolism of some candidate chemopreventive agents.
