| Bio | Sofia Mnjoyan, Pharm.D. is currently a Pharmacy Practice Resident for the Hendrick Medical Center and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) School of Pharmacy in Abilene. She was born in Yerevan, Armenia but moved to Houston, TX as a teenager and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of St. Thomas in Houston. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from University of Texas at Austin in May of 2012. Dr. Mnjoyan is appointed as an Assistant Clinical Instructor at TTUHSC School of Pharmacy and will serve as a preceptor to pharmacy students. Her professional interests include Ambulatory Care and Pediatrics. Dr. Mnjoyan is currently a member of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists and the American Pharmacists Association. She plans on pursuing a PGY2 residency in Pediatrics upon completion of the residency program. Her hobbies include singing, skiing, dancing, cooking, travelling and reading. |
