Dr. Kildow joined the faculty in April of 2011. He is an Assistant Professor of Pharmacy Practice and a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in Ambulatory Care at the North Dallas VA Medical Center. He has various teaching responsibilities in didactic lectures, case-based learning, and our experiential program. He is a current team leader for Advanced Cardiology and team member of Case Studies and Grand Rounds courses. He also precepts 3rd and 4th year students in the Ambulatory Care Clinical Skills Clerkship. Dr. Kildow completed his Doctor of Pharmacy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy in May of 2008. He completed his PGY1 Managed Care and PGY2 Ambulatory Care residencies with Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia in 2009 and 2010. Also while in residency he completed a Master of Science in Health Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2010. Dr. Kildow is a board certified ambulatory care pharmacist, and a board certified diabetes educator.
