Dr. Greene is an Associate Professor Specializing in Ambulatory Care. Dr. Greene received his B.S in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and his Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin in cooperation with the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Greene completed his Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio and a Specialty Residency in Primary Care Pharmacy Practice at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System in San Antonio, Texas.
Dr. Greene currently serves as a member of the Texas Diabetes Council’s Medical Professionals Advisory Subcommittee. He is the current President-Elect Designate for the Texas Society of Health System Pharmacists (TSHP).
Dr. Greene’s Ambulatory Care practice site at the Health-e-Care Clinic, a collaborative care/multidisciplinary chronic care model within the North Texas Specialty Physicians network.
