Bio Dr. Greene is an Associate Professor Specializing in Ambulatory Care at the Dallas/Fort Worth Campus where he has been on faculty since 2001. His responsibilities include didactic lecturing, facilitating case-based learning and precepting Ambulatory Care clerkships. Dr. Greene is currently the Team Leader for the third year Advanced Patient Management in Ambulatory Care elective. He is also an Adjunct Professor at Texas Woman's University College of Graduate Nursing where he teaches Pharmacotherapeutics to graduate students in the Advanced Nurse Practitioner Program.

Dr. Greene is a member of the Texas Diabetes Council’s Medical Professionals Advisory Subcommittee and is the Immediate Past Chair of the Council on Communications Affairs and the current Vice Chair for the Council on Organizational Affairs for the Texas Society of Health-System Pharmacists (TSHP).

Dr. Greene received his B.S in Biomedical Science from Texas A&M University and his Doctorate of Pharmacy from the University of Texas at Austin in cooperation with the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. Dr. Greene completed his Pharmacy Practice Residency at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio and a Specialty Residency in Primary Care Pharmacy Practice at the South Texas Veterans Health Care System in San Antonio, Texas in conjunction with the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio. He received his Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) recognition in December 2003 and was recognized as a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) from 2004-2009.
