Poster Information
The School will pay for printing of one plain poster (56” x 36” = $36) for each primary presenter. Per IT policy, poster printing requests and files must be received by Amarillo a minimum of seven (7) business days prior to the requested pick-up date. This allows time to print your “proof”, have you review, make any changes and provide your final approval with account information. Additionally, should we encounter printer issues and cannot complete the print job, other arrangements could be made with an outside source to print your poster. If one chooses the Friday prior to Research Days (June 8th) as the pick-up date, a reasonable deadline for submitting a poster would be Friday, June 1.
Please submit your poster for printing as early as possible to avoid last minute delays caused by unforeseen circumstances.

After IT approves the poster and prints it on the back of the Poster Printing Request Form, please forward the document (front & back will be required) to the Office of Sciences ( ) for finalization of paperwork.

If you prefer a glossy poster, an account number for the extra cost must be provided (56” x 36” = $60 / 56” x 42” = $75). Lynn Finkenbinder will work with IT to assure that any posters which are being printed from the Dallas, Abilene and Lubbock campuses are approved and will also arrange for them to be hung.
