Application Information

All Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy affiliated residency programs are participating in the Pharmacy Online Residency Centralized Application Service (PhORCAS). The deadline for application materials is January 6, 2013. More information on PhORCAS can be found on the ASHP-PhORCAS webpage:

The components of the application include:

  1. Letter of interest (describe your interest in the residency program and your professional goals and objectives)
  2. Curriculum vitae
  3. Official transcripts from all pharmacy education
  4. Three (3) letters of recommendation
