About Leslie

I was born and raised in Peru and moved to the United States at age 19. I’ve been living in Texas for 11 years now and simply love it; there is something special about the people and the traditions.

I hold a BBA in Finance and joined TTUHSC in 2009 as the Financial Analyst for the Permian Basin campus. Beyond what I do for a living I truly enjoy traveling around the world. Whether I’m volunteering, visiting friends, or simply got lost somewhere, my travels have taken me to explore countries in 4 continents so far, no bucket list just very interested in other cultures and what brings people together.

These are my goals as senator for this term:

    • To promote and be part of the Workforce Overall Wellness program for the Permian Basin campus.
    • To best represent her campus in any appointed committee by the senate; and
    • To be the point of contact for any staff member’s concerns and/or suggestions.

More importantly, I’m happy and look forward to serve as staff senator.
