About Jo Ann
I have been with Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center PLFSOM for four years. I was first employed with MPIP and now as a new team member to the Office of Clinical Affairs-Credentialing Department, I assist providers with their credentialing process. I consider myself to be knowledgeable, resourceful and an asset to Texas Tech University. I am a native of El Paso and a graduate of Bowie High School. I am extremely involved with campus sports; I participated in both softball and volleyball. My volleyball team, Texas Shock'Em, was the Texas Tech Coed Volleyball Champions in October 2011. I believe that our campus should initiate and encourage employees to have an active lifestyle and hopefully soon our campus can provide a fitness center for all our staff. I believe that there is nothing more important than people. The people we work with, serve, teach, report to, and interact with are what make Texas Tech University a great place to work at. I will strive to make Texas Tech University better for all that come here. I will address your concerns and I will listen to your ideas and suggestions in order to help the Texas Tech staff have an enjoyable environment while remaining productive in working to meet our daily goals.
