About Rachel
My Name is Rachel Natividad, I am a blessed mother of three children. My oldest is 21yrs old and is currently serving his country in the United States Navy, I have also have a 16yr old son and an 8yr old daughter. I just recently got married on October 15th, 2011 to a man that is my truly my heaven sent. I also have 4 step-children.
I have worked for Texas Tech University Health Science Center going on 5yrs, July 17th, 2012. I currently work in Midland as a Patient Service Specialist In the call center. I am always happy to help and lend a hand and to listen to find solutions to questions or issues we may have in order to make our work environment and days here at Texas Tech more enjoyable.

Mission
Having a sincere interest in and highest regard for the goals, purposes and functions of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, the mission of the Staff Senate to seek the active representation and involvement of staff in the affairs of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, at all times striving to contribute to the overall success of Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
Vision
The Staff Senate will be a visible and vital organization, recognized as the voice of the HSC staff. It will foster a spirit of unity and cooperation among staff and promote the current and future needs of the entire HSC community.
