MyTeamCare and the HealtheLife App
HealtheLife App and MyTeamCare Patient Portal is the best way to engage Student Health.
These applications allow patients to:
- Access your medical information.
- Communicate directly with Student Health providers and nurses.
- Schedule and manage upcoming appointments.
Avoid wasting time on the phone and start using the HealtheLife App and MyTeamCare today!
Patients who use the HealtheLife App and MyTeamCare Portal or schedule appointments can schedule with any of our providers. If you do not know any of our providers, choose our Medical Director, James McDonald, MD - TTU Student Health and we will get you taken care of.

Create an Account:
To use HealtheLife and MyTeamCare, patients will need to create an account. It's easy! Visit www.texastechphysicians.com/enroll to create your account.
Note: Patients will need their Medical Record Number (MRN) to create an account. If you are unsure where to find your MRN, please give us a call at 806.743.2848 and we will get you taken care of.
Once your account is created, you can manage your health care through either the HealtheLife App or the MyTeamCare Patient Portal web application.
Download HealtheLife from your favorite app store:
Using the HealtheLife App:
Select MENU to access your Health Record, the Messaging Center and the Appointment Manager.
Select Health Record to access lab results, appointment documentation, appointment summaries, and other personalized health information.
Select Messaging to communicate with our clinic. We will respond to your message in a timely manner through the HealtheLife App. When messaging Student Health use the drop down list and search Student Health. From there you are able to select you ur preferred provider

Select Appointments to request an appointment and view your upcoming appointments.
Tip: When requesting an appointment, send the request to James McDonald, MD—TTU Student Health.
Tip: When requesting an appointment time, provide multiple time ranges in order for us to best work with your schedule.
