- Complete the School of Allied Health Sciences Online Application
- Physician Assistant applicants must apply through CASPA, which is available at http://www.caspaonline.org and complete the TTUHSC PA supplemental application http://www.ttuhsc.edu/sah/mpa/documents/pasupplemental.pdf
- Submit Required Documents for respective program
