Graduation cap and diploma All Schools Combined Ceremony

We know that lodging, car rentals, flights, and restaurant reservations will be in high demand for this specific weekend.  The Lubbock Visitor’s Center has provided us with a link to their website that lists hotels in Lubbock, http://visitlubbock.org/sales/business/Accommodations .

 

In addition, they have also provided us with a list of hotels in the surrounding communities (here).  Lodging reservations will be going fast so please do not hesitate in making any of your travel arrangements.

Regalia Pick-Up Information:

More information will become available when the time arrives.

    When regalia is ready to be picked up, you will receive an email at your        

    TTUHSC email address. To pick it up, please refer to the following options:

        1. If you are in Lubbock, your regalia will be in Student Services.

        2. If you attend a regional campus, you regalia will be at your campus.

        3. If you are an Online or Distance Learner, you may request your regalia be mailed to a specific campus or your house (providing you do not live near a regional campus.) We must receive such requests by May 9th.

            a. To request it to be sent to a regional campus, please send an email (from your TTUHSC email account) tostudent.services@ttuhsc.edu including your name and what specific campus you would like it mailed to.

            b. To request it to be sent to your house, please send a check or money order for $12.50 to Student Services 3601 4th St STOP 8310 Lubbock, Texas 79430 and include with the check a written request listing your name, your program, your R number and the address you would like it to be sent to (cannot be a PO Box).
