Endowed Phonathon Scholarship
The Endowed Phonathon Scholarship Application time is upon us again.
This is an electronically submitted form so make sure you have all your information handy. You will need names and dates of any HSC Registered Organization involvement as well as names, dates, and description of service for any Community Service involvement.
Submissions are due by 5:00pm CST, Friday, December 2, 2011.
