	How to determine if your site is eligible for Telemedicine Reimbursement by Medicare?
	1. Will the patient be located at an originating site that is:
		a physician or practitioner’s office, a critical access hospital, a rural health clinic, a federally qualified health center, or a hospital?
	2. Is that originating site located in EITHER:
		a geographic rural Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) an approved Federal demonstration project as of December 31, 2001?
