ATTENTION:

If you are submitting a project that will require programming and/or database development for a new web application or for other web related services, the work period and resource requirements will need to be discussed prior to setting a proposed work period. The IT Programming, Applications and Web Services department that performs these IT project services may not be able to schedule your project in the work periods indicated above.

This department currently has a very long queue of scheduled projects. Due to staff vacancies and the projects currently scheduled, the resources may not be available to meet your needs in the work period and by the deadline requested.

If your project request is best addressed by the IT Programming, Applications and Web Services, we are more than happy to discuss your project, possible work periods for scheduling and if necessary other options.
