Stamps may be purchased for personal or departmental use at our customer service counter. We carry a wide selection of individual postage stamps as well as books and rolls. We offer First class, priority, express mail and package services. Delivery and Signature confirmation as well as Certified mail and Return Receipts are available for your mailing needs. Boxes and packages may be mailed from Copy/Mail; however, we do not offer registered or insured mail for personal packages.
Departments may use a valid TTUHSC account number to purchase stamps for specific mailings. Postage request forms are available in Copy/Mail. Copy/Mail only accepts cash or checks for personal postage.
Advance notice is appreciated for your large quantity needs.
Departments are encouraged to review HSC OP 61.01, Use of TTU/HSC Facilities, Equipment, Supplies and Services for Private Purposes Prohibited, Section 6, Office Supplies, which addresses departmental purchases and use of stamps.
*Personal postage services are not available on TTUHSC official Holidays, including partial staff days.
