Jason Weber is the Associate Vice President – People and Values for TTUHSC. Jason is responsible for leading all People Development initiatives and provides training in leadership development, team effectiveness, leadership styles, along with many other topics. Jason is available to provide 1:1 development, team development, and other speaking events within TTUHSC.

Deshun Avery is the People and Values Advocate - Senior. Deshun is responsible for helping integrate our values into our organization, which help forge our identity. He has been tasked with developing value-based training material that will be impactful in helping our teammates find their own path to growth and development. These trainings concentrate on helping teammates gain a greater insight with subjects like crucible moments, critical conversation, accountability, building trust, courage and coaching.
