International Student Checklist
All credentials and admission applications must be received by the deadline date.

Submit the PharmCAS application.

Submit TTUHSC Supplemental application

Submit TOEFL scores to PharmCAS.

Submit the TTUHSC Supplemental International Student Application and required financial documents* to TTUHSC registrar.

Submit transcripts from all U.S. colleges and universities attended to PharmCAS.

Submit a course-by-course evaluation through World Education Services of a foreign transcript to PharmCAS if foreign courses are used to satisfy prerequisites. Please note: WES is the only course evaluation service that is permitted.

Submit, if accepted, all official U.S. transcripts to TTUHSC.

Submit, if accepted, official course-by-course foreign credential evaluation to TTUHSC regardless of whether foreign courses were used to satisfy prerequisites.

A valid Social Security Number is required to begin the Pharm.D. program. Under the Texas State Board of Pharmacy Rules and Regulations, a student is required to register as an intern trainee upon entry into the professional pharmacy degree program. A Social Security Number is mandatory and required to be issued an intern trainee card. For more information, contact the Texas Board of Pharmacy, William P. Individuals who do not currently possess a Social Security Number are advised to begin the process immediately through the U.S. Social Security Office.
* Required financial documents:
- Official Bank Statement
- Financial Statement (letter from sponsor indicating not only that he has the funds
to provide support you but that he will support you.)
- Passport bio page (page with personal data)
