in the TTUHSC catalog.
Students may transfer up to 66 hours of approved community college or university credits
into the program (42 hours required Common Core credits and 24 hours of approved Technical

electives) through TTUHSC. Applications are accepted every semester. All CSM courses
are offered on-line and are structured on the Fall, Spring and Summer semester system.
Students enrolled in the Clinic Science Management (CSM) program are required to complete
the final six (6) academic hours through CSM program courses. Exceptions to this policy
may be considered by the Program’s Director on a case by case basis.
For TTUHSC School of Health Professions to offer online courses in a state other than
Texas, TTUHSC must first comply with that state's requirements. These requirements
differ from state to state, with requirements being more rigorous and expensive in
some states than others. TTUHSC SHP is currently working to gain authorization to
offer online courses in all states. If you have any questions, please contact the
Office of Admissions and Student Affairs (806-743-3220, email@example.com)
for additional information.
