About Renee

Thank you for the opportunity to serve as your Staff Senator since 2012. I would like to continue to serve as your Staff Senator so that I can work on your behalf to solve problems and bring your concerns forward to our leadership.

My areas of focus are: service and continual improvement. Over the past couple of years getting to travel to the different campuses and to CHMC, I realize that each person has an important job to do. My goal to find ways I can be a part of that success.

In the area of continual improvement, I’ve realized that we can all improve on how we do our business both as an organization and professionally. We can do a job safely and be more efficient if we allow new ideas to come forward, and are not afraid to take critical feedback and importantly make the necessary changes to improve.

As a member of the Staff Senate I can benefit TTUHSC by fostering communication and leading by example. I’m available to answer questions in BA095 if you’re at the main campus in Lubbock, or via phone/email.

Thanks again for the opportunity to serve, and thank you for your vote.
