August Sleep Challenge
Turns out 1 in 7 Americans don't get the recommended 7-9 hours of sleep each night, which can take a toll on one's body.
We are challenging you to make some little changes in your sleep habits that could make a big difference in your overall health.
How does it work?
1. Download the Snooze-Fest Tracker.
2. Complete the Weekly Challenge at least 3 days out of each week.
3. Submit tracker to HSCWellness@ttuhsc.edu by Sept 6th to recieve credit for completing this Wellness Challenge.
