To facilitate the conduct of clinical, epidemiologic, and educational research by all TTUHSC faculty; provide training in the conduct of clinical research and promote development of a research culture for faculty, fellows, residents and students.
To improve the quality of healthcare in Texas and beyond through clinical, epidemiologic, and educational research activities
- Provide formalized clinical research education for faculty and trainees
- Promote studies that involve interactions among the schools and disciplines within each school and the HSC.
- Obtain epidemiologic information critical to understanding health problems in the region.
