When a patient is diagnosed with cancer the surgeons work closely with The West Texas Cancer Center to monitor the patient's health and treatments . To aid the doctors, there are diagnostic tools available in the office, such as ultrasound assisted guided needle biopsies of the breast and thyroid. The surgeons have many years of training and experience in trauma surgery, as well as critical care. They can perform minimally invasive procedures and surgical endoscopy. The surgeons believe in patient education and provide brochures and pamphlets on many issues regarding patient health and surgical procedures.
