Combest Central Community Health Center, Nurse-Family Partnership and The Nest to Host Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Community members in central Lubbock now have access to health care services and prenatal programs at one location inside the YWCA. The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) School of Nursing will host an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony for the Combest Central Community Health Center, the Nurse-Family Partnership and The Nest at 4 p.m. Tuesday (Dec. 17) at 6501 University Ave. 

The Combest Central Community Health Center, a nurse-led integrated center, is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) providing integrated primary health care and behavioral services to Lubbock and surrounding communities. The primary mission is to provide access to comprehensive health services to those in need and to reduce or eliminate health disparities among high-risk populations.
