Important Dates

If you are requesting an activity between:

 

January - May:

- Deadline for submission is September 1.
- Scenario, SP script, and supply list is due by November 1. 
- Availability will be confirmed by the first week in October

 

June - August:

- Deadline for submission is February 1.
- Scenario, SP script, and supply list is due by April 1. 
- Availability will be confirmed by the first week in March.

 

September and December:

- Deadline for submission is May 1.
- Scenario, SP script, and supply list is due by July 1. 
- Availability will be confirmed by the first week in June.

 

Rosters of students for timed assessments with AV support are due 3 weeks in advance.
