Peripheral Scans
TTUHSC offers screening for osteoporosis and osteopenia with its mobile peripheral ultrasound unit. We have screened thousands of patients at health fairs and other civic events throughout Amarillo and the Panhandle region. We are available to medical practices to conduct on site screenings for your patients. Please use the above contact information if you would like us to provide this service to you.

- Results are read by our physician staff
- Written report mailed to the physician named by the patient/client
Presentations for medical and non-medical audiences
Our physician staff conducts educational presentations/lectures throughout the year. Many of these are in conjunction with a peripheral osteoporosis screening at businesses or civic organization meetings.
