TTUHSC Ring Ceremony
Official Ring Ceremony
Every Spring, we hold a ceremony for TTUHSC students who are receiving their class ring. The ceremony includes presentations on the history of TTUHSC and the ring tradition. TTUHSC President Dr. Lori-Rice Spearman presents each student with their class ring during the ceremony. Current students and alumni who receive their class ring during the year are welcome to participate in the ceremony.
2024 Ring Ceremony details:
The TTUHSC Official Ring Ceremony will be held on Saturday, April 20, 2024 at 5 pm in the Academic Event Center on the TTUHSC Lubbock campus.
Ring Order Deadline:
The ring order deadline for the 2024 Ring Ceremony will be February 23, 2024. Please
order your class ring from Balfour by this date in order for it to be ready in time
for the ceremony.
Ring orders placed between January 1, 2024 and February 23, 2024 will be placed with the ring ceremony group and ship directly to the school in time for the event.

Our official class rings are available through Balfour. You can order online at www.balfour.com/ttuhsc, call Balfour at 1-877-225-3687, or in person at the TTUHSC Office of Student Life in Lubbock.
NOTE: As Balfour is a sponsor of the Ring Ceremony and the only company licensed for the official TTUHSC Class Ring design, only Balfour rings are eligible for participation in the ceremony.
Most students wait until their senior/final year to order their class ring. However, TTUHSC students are eligible to order their rings at any time.
Ring orders take 6-8 weeks depending on the production schedule at Balfour.
The TTUHSC Office of Student Life in Lubbock has a ring sizer available. For those not in Lubbock, you can visit a local jeweler to find out your ring size. Balfour also has a printable ring size chart which you can use - Ring Sizer.
Yes, unless the order is placed during the Ring Ceremony window your ring will directly ship to the address you provide.
Rings ordered in the Ring Ceremony window will ship to campus the week of the ceremony and be available for pickup or shipping the week following the ceremony if unable to attend.
We have class rings available for pickup or shipping the Monday following the Ring Ceremony.
