PURPOSE: Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer and is committed to compliance with federal and state employment laws and regulations. The purpose of this TTUHSC Operating Policy and Procedure (HSC OP) is to establish TTUHSC’s EEO policy in compliance with federal and state employment laws.

REVIEW: This HSC OP will be reviewed in April of odd-numbered years by the Texas Tech University System (TTUS) Office of Equal Opportunity (OEO), the Vice President of Human Resources, with substantive revisions forwarded to the TTUHSC Office of General Counsel and to the TTUHSC President’s Executive Chief of Staff.

POLICY/PROCEDURE:

1. TTUHSC is an EEO employer and does not tolerate unlawful discrimination or harassment of any employee or applicant for employment. TTUHSC’s EEO Policy is governed by Texas Tech University System Regulation 07.09.
