Professional Licensure Determinations
Federal regulation 34 CFR 668.43(a)(5)(v) requires TTUHSC to notify students and potential students about the university's ability to meet licensure requirements in any state. TTUHSC programs are designed to prepare students for licensure in Texas. TTUHSC is unable to enroll students who are physically located in a state where licensure requirements are not met. Program advisors can work with prospective students to review options.
While institutional membership in NC-SARA allows TTUHSC to offer distance education in all member states and territories, it does not guarantee that professional licensure requirements are met. For students interested in an academic program that leads to professional licensure, it is imperative you understand the regulations for your state prior to enrolling in any academic program. If you experience difficulty finding the licensure requirements for a specific state, please contact the program's advisor for help.
Below are the determinations made by academic programs regarding whether their curriculum meets educational requirements for licensure.
