Personal FedEx rates are higher than departmental contract rates but may be lower than standard retail rates. Registered and insured mailing services are not available for personal packages.
Mailing Deadlines
- 2 p.m.: Large quantities
- 3 p.m.: FedEx, prepaid shipments and accountable USPS mail, including Express, Certified, Signature Confirmation and Delivery Confirmation
