Years of Service Awards
The Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center Years of Service Award is presented based on the team member's length of service to the Texas Tech University System. Presented annually, these awards recognize years of service in five-year increments with honorees receiving a certificate and distinctive pin designating the appropriate years of service.
University Awards
The University Awards honor the remarkable staff and faculty whose work advances TTUHSC’s mission, vision, and values, helping us achieve a healthier future with access to quality care for every Texan. These awards celebrate those who demonstrate innovation, integrity, and impact across our campuses and communities.
Recognizing Our Values
Values Hero Letters & Coins
A Values Hero letter is indicative of extraordinary actions. Letters are submitted by those who witness or experience actions that outshine expectations and showcase TTUHSC’s values. Coin recipients are chosen from Hero letter recipients. Values Coins are a high honor and are uniquely designed to represent each of our core values.
ACE Cards
ACE Cards (short for Acknowledging and Celebrating Excellence Cards) are sent from one team member to another to individually recognize and compliment a job well done. This in-the-moment recognition is easily sent in the form of a digital card and is the perfect way to personally thank someone for exemplary work.
One Team Recognition
This recognition honors a team, group or department who epitomize TTUHSC's One Team value by working collaboratively to deliver exemplary results. These personalized digital notes allow individuals to recognize team members from TTUHSC, Texas Tech, the Texas Tech University System, or any combination thereof.
