Mini-Series

What Is the Mini-Series?

Conceptualized in 2009, the Mini-Series concept provides a unique platform in preceptor training for students and preceptors across diverse health care professions.  Through their engaging format, authentic context, diversity of content, expert advice, and learning pearls, each mini-series has been designed with an innovation approach to experiential training and learning.

Each Mini-Series is guided by 3 research based instructional design principles: (a) engaging and maintaining attention, (b) providing an authentic context, and (c) offering a diversity of content.  Click here for additional information on the Mini-Series along with purchase information and information on continuing education credit.
