8 Week Course

In partnership with Cisco College, TTUHSC Managed Care is excited to offer Medication Aide Training to current correctional employees.

Grow your skill set!

Program cost, book, application fee and exam fee covered by TTUHSC Managed Care for current correctional employees.
Virtual classes begin November 2, 2022.
Registration deadline: October 13th, 2022

Continue working while training

  • Earn at least $19 per hour or more after successfully completing the program.
  • Program cost, book, application fee and exam fee covered by TTUHSC MC.
  • Clinical instruction and virtual classroom instruction willbe conducted on correctional units or as directed by unit administrator.
  • Mondays - Thursdays from 1:00 - 5:00 PM.

STEP 1
Talk to your supervisor and express your interest. After discussing with your supervisor, apply for the Correctional Medication Aide Position and Training Program at your respective unit  using the following link(s):

STEP 2
Applications will be reviewed and screened for consideration.  Applicants who are selected to participate in the program will be notified.

STEP 3
Applicants selected to participate in the program will need to complete the following:
1. Cisco College Correctional Med Aid package and submit via email to Correct.2dk9vptpnw55f943@u.box.com.
2. Apply with Cisco College at: https://www.cisco.edu/degrees-programs/certificate-programs/certified-medication-aide
