Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center is excited to partner with University Medical Center and Lubbock County to provide health services to patients in the Lubbock County Detention Center. TTUHSC has been providing health services for state prison units in partnership with TDCJ for over 30 years, and we're excited to partner with our local community partners to bring that experience to Lubbock County with UMC.
