Patient Rights and Responsibilities:
It is the policy of Texas Tech University Health Science Center (TTUHSC) Ambulatory Clinics to promote considerate, courteous, and respectful care and treatment for all patients. It is recognized that the patient is a vital participant in the treatment plan and therefore has rights and responsibilities regarding that treatment. See full policy here.

If you need these services, ask at your clinic directly or the staff in the TTUHSC’s Patient Services Office (806.743.2669, option 4).
If you believe that TTUHSC has failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability, you can file a grievance with: TTUHSC Patient Services Office, 3601 4th Street, Lubbock, Texas 79430, 806.743.2669, or Samuel.Jackson@ttuhsc.edu. You can file a grievance in person or by mail, phone call, or email. If you need help filing a grievance, the staff in TTUHSC’s Patient Services Office is available to help you.
