Campus Health Connect Process
Parent or guardian signs up using the form below.
Student presents to the nurse and confirms participation in the program.
School nurse connects virtually to legal guardian and a Campus Health Connect coordinator.
The coordinator then connects the student to the identified primary care provider to complete the telehealth visit.
Campus Health Connect is not a replacement for emergency services. If a child needs
immediate medical attention, please call 911.
We are proud to partner with Ector County, Lohn, Lometa, Midland, and Robert Lee ISDs.

Campus Health Connect telemedicine visits are billed directly to the student's parent or guardian. Proof of health insurance is not necessary for students to receive a Campus Health Connect telemedicine visit.
If a Campus Health Connect provider recommends a prescription from a pharmacy or a referral to an outside provider, the family is responsible for any out-of-pocket cost.
TTUHSC providers will communicate with your child’s primary care provider when a referral to a specialist is needed. Most insurance companies (including Medicaid) require that referrals to specialists are made directly by the primary care provider.
