Campus events provide a platform for celebrations education activities and traditions.
Our goal is to continue to host events with safe protocols in place to protect our
campus community.
Events
TTUHSC has resumed events in support of our campus and program needs. While we understand the importance gatherings can play at the university, the health, safety and well-being of the entire TTUHSC community remain paramount. Use of our spaces is subject to the following:
- Meetings, and events, including outdoor events, is limited to a maximum attendance of 25% of room space capacity OR no more than 10 people, whichever is less, while ensuring appropriate physical distancing of at least 6 feet and proper wearing of facial coverings.
- Event hosts will maintain attendee lists on file for up to thirty (30) days to be made available upon request should there be a need for contact tracing.
- While food and drink are allowed on campus, such shall not be provided at university-sponsored events.
- When eating, you must ensure that you maintain at least a 6-foot distance between others.
Outside individuals or groups are currently not allowed to host functions or events on TTUHSC campuses.
Please note that as circumstances change, this guidance is subject to modification. Additionally, there is possibility of cancellation of university-sponsored conferences, meetings and events in the interest of campus health and at the discretion of the university.
