Why Mindfulness?
In today's fast-paced world, it is easy to get carried away in multi-tasking. Our thoughts venture through our head by the second and we rarely take a break. This month, join our mindfulness challenge and act purposefully to focus your attention and be fully present.
The benefits of mindfulness include improved well-being, physical health, and mental health. It helps us to be more satisfied in our circumstances, reduces our stress, and increases overall quality of life. For more information about mindfulness, check out the resource HERE.
How It Works
During the month of October, join us with mindfulness challenges 4 days per week. Use the attached log to track your progress and lean into the activities you most enjoy.
To get credit for this wellness challenge, you must participate in at least 5 days worth of challenges. If you complete every challenge on the log, you will be eligible for more entries into the drawing for this month's prize.
