As the thermometer confirms, summer is upon us and many people are preparing to enjoy their favorite fun- in-the-sun activities. However, Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine physicians Michelle Tarbox, M.D., a dermatologist, and Jerry Grimes, M.D., an orthopedic surgeon, said people should plan ahead and enjoy the warm weather intelligently.
