Renee

Renee Bogschutz, PhD, CCC-SLP, FNAP
Associate Provost for Interprofessional and Collaborative Curriculum 

Renée Bogschutz, PhD, CCC-SLP, FNAP, is the Associate Provost for Interprofessional and Collaborative Curriculum at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC). As the Founding Director of the Office of Interprofessional Education, she led the development of the university’s IPE infrastructure and now provides executive leadership and institutional oversight for interprofessional education and curriculum integration. Dr. Bogschutz is dedicated to fostering innovation in interprofessional teaching and learning and building faculty capacity through engaging trainings for faculty, staff, residents, and preceptors. She has consulted with institutions nationwide, presented at major conferences, and served on national committees that have advanced the field of IPE. She currently chairs the Board of Directors for the Texas Interprofessional Education Consortium. Dr. Bogschutz earned her PhD from the University of Iowa and is a member of the graduate faculty at TTUHSC., where she has taught and practiced in multiple collaborative care clinics.
 Stacey Sneed

Sneed, Stacey, PhD
Associate Managing Director 

Stacey Sneed, PhD, is the Associate Managing Director for Interprofessional Education at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC). She provides leadership and operational support for interprofessional education initiatives, curriculum coordination, and program implementation. With more than twenty years of experience in higher education and nearly a decade in academic leadership roles, Dr. Sneed has expertise in curriculum oversight, faculty supervision, accreditation alignment, and data-informed program improvement, with scholarly contributions in science education. She is committed to fostering collaborative learning environments, supporting faculty and staff development, and leveraging technology to enhance teaching and operational efficiency. Dr. Sneed has led grant development and implementation efforts supporting STEM education and community engagement. She earned her PhD in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas Tech University.
Danette

Danette Weller, MS
Director

Danette has been with the Texas Tech University System for over 13 years with 9 of those years at TTUHSC supporting students and alumni. Her experience includes alumni, development, student organizations and orientation, graduation and awards ceremonies, special events, and both in-person and virtual interprfoessional education (IPE) programming. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Science from West Texas A&M University, along with a Lifetime Teaching Certificate with the State of Texas. Danette plays a key role in marketing, registration management, attendance reporting, and developing event materials and websites for IPE events across all TTUHSC schools and regional campuses. Her expertise lies in managing processes and event logistics ensuring quality student experience and success. Outside of work, Danette enjoys spending time with her husband and their five sons. Family time is her favorite way to relax and recharge especially when it involves cooking and enjoying family dinner together.

Qi

Qi Liu, PhD
Instructional Designer

Qi is an Instructional Designer with the Office of Interprofessional Education (IPE) at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC). In this role, Dr. Liu contributes to the design and development of interactive, learner-centered educational experiences that promote interprofessional collaboration and practice across the health sciences. He works on creating innovative simulations, virtual escape rooms, and multimedia-rich modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise. Dr. Liu collaborates closely with faculty and staff to align instructional strategies with IPE learning outcomes and supports the use of technology to enhance engagement and accessibility.
